Entering the world of blogs

My roommate has had a blog for a while now, which she faithfully updates. I have at least 3 websites that I maintain and therefore didn't really feel the need to join the blogging craze. But, alas, here I am. And this IS moderately easier than the whole web page development. I won't guarantee regular commenting, nor even anything even slightly interesting.

Mostly - I anticipate this being a place to have you (all my web-savvy family and friends) keep up with what is going on in my life and what I'm up to - in some fashion a personal FAQ :)
